This is the part that's fun for the DM - when the players finally reach the point of success, and the DM can just describe what happens to their heart's content, with a rapt audience that's dying to hear what they have to say. It's a moment fought for, earned, by both parties. A climactic event that's part of what makes this shared storytelling activity so much fun.

The newest episode of Fallout is Dragons will be running a bit late due to personal health issues, but not by more than a day or two.

Because every once in a while, as a DM, you need to make a description which leaves the audience breathless.

In rage or joy at your discretion.

Textless pages of texted comics are always interesting. In this case, it perfectly captures the feeling of just sitting back and listening to the denouement of an adventure unfold. Plus, I could totally hear the squee on the last panel.

Still, it's fun to imagine what the PPPM said...

Poll time:
Celestia or Luna said you could go to their world for as long as you want, under one of two conditions.
Become the size of a mouse, or become the opposite gender.
Me: As Tibble once said.
"Are you a man, or you a mouse?" One sword fight with Tom later. "You are a mouse." Sorry but that's one of favorite Tom and Jerry quote.
I also want to say that I'm sorry for the last few polls. No more of those.

Interesting difference in choices. Considering gender doesn't seem to impact what ponies can do in society I'd probably pick the latter.

Gender, definitely. It'd be much easier to adapt to using a different public restroom than finding myself in a Borrowers-style situation.

Ah, the borrowers... haven't seen that movie, but good comparison. I did that once to my players in an adventure.

They were investigating a gem heist from a jewerly store and traced the theif to a mouse hole. They broke through the wall and found a tiny tunnel, as well as a magic item that makes one mouse-sized. They used it and had a fun adventure fighting (relatively large) rats, insects, and a psuedodragon.

They had fun, but sadly never found another use for that magic item. They eventually lost it on an alien ship.

Gender, definitely. I'm curious about what being female would be like even without the fun of going to Equestria.
