Thus ends the eighth arc of Friendship is Dragons, a.k.a. The Ticket Master Part 1, a.k.a. Fall Weather Friends! Thanks for reading.

A palette cleanser of a handful of guest comics and probably another IDW mini-arc follows.

When we return (in about four or five weeks, I'm not sure of the exact date yet), we'll be following the story of Hurricane Fl- uh... The Last Rou- y'know, can I really say I can predict where this is going anymore? Well, I look forward to finding out with you next time!

Hah! That last line, so small you don't think much of it and then it's the punchline! Also, yeah, feel bad for Twilight not getting her own very special episode. Think it would be fun to see her unravel one of this DM's arcane mysteries.

Also feels like a nice 'Take That' to those of us who wondered how she was going to get those wings and if it meant her Gala ticket adventure. :D

Well, we've got foreshadowing that she still might get her wings "somehow" from the Chrysalis arc. Obviously, that was Spud's way of hinting that we'll get the 200-300 odd pages necessary to build up to that point!

Right, just not here. :3

I do want to see how the Chrysalis arc plays out. AJ's player is usually genre-savvy to know when there's a trick going on, so it'll be interesting if AJ suspects Cadance.

I dunno, with careful panel selection Chrysalis might be playing an entirely different game there even if Spud does tap those episodes. What if she's not Cedence?

Actually, considering how her genre savvy bit her here, she might think the subtle clues that things "aren't quite right" are a deliberate red herring by the DM to make her *think* there's something off to trick her into making a mess when everything's on the up and up.

Ooh, that is a possibility too.
