You ever think about how it's tradition to start each session with a clip show?

Though I suppose it's more spiritually in the vein of recaps from old-timey serials.

One tip I've liked for this: Instead of "Last time on..." you should open with "Previously on..." with the intent of bringing up scenes from further back than the last immediate session, to gently remind of where old plot threads came from and tease at what will come up next.

"Can't catch a break" is right. The start of season four mentioned that everything in the first three seasons took place within the span of a year. That's a lot of crazy to deal with.
